Umbrella Project is an organization that champions Pacific Northwest playwrights locally and nationally and facilitates knowledge- and resource-sharing among local arts organizations to help Seattle's new play ecosystem thrive.

  • As a co-founder, crafted mission and vision statement, development governance structure
  • Hire, train, manage and support a cohort of dramaturgs to work on script coverage, new play development, research projects
  • Participate in project selection for Umbrella Project and consult with network companies on collaboration opportunities
  • Advise and support playwrights at various stages of new play development
